HorseFil is stated to carry a 60-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date, unless the checkout page prints a longer window.
Contact the order desk with your order ID within the guarantee window, following the process shown at checkout.
Per the seller's own materials, refunds are issued 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then take 5-10 days to show on your card.
